Three ways money disappears on social.
Facebook and Instagram can be a goldmine or a money pit. Here is what sends most contractor ad spend down the drain.
Boosting posts is not advertising
Hitting "Boost" just pays to show a random post to random people. No real targeting, no plan, no leads. The money is gone and nothing comes back.
A boring ad gets scrolled past
A plain, brochure-style ad is invisible in a feed full of friends and videos. If it does not stop the thumb in the first second, it never had a chance.
You can't tell a like from a job
Without lead tracking you are paying Meta and hoping. Likes and views feel nice, but you cannot tell which ad actually put work on the calendar.
Ads that earn the tap, not just the scroll past.
You run the crew and send a few photos. I handle the ads that turn the feed into booked jobs.
Scroll-stopping creative
I design the static ads and tell you exactly what to show and say. You know your work best, I make it stop the thumb.
Copy that hooks
Every ad is written to stop the scroll and earn the tap. Clear, specific, built around why a homeowner should call you and not the next guy.
The right people see it
Your ads are shown to homeowners in the towns you serve who are most likely to hire, not wasted on people too far away to ever call.
Easy ways to reach you
Leads come in right from the ad with a quick form, or land on a page built to get them to call. Whatever is easiest for them.
Lead tracking
Every lead is tracked before your ads go live, so you can see which ad brought in real work, not just likes and views.
Plain reporting
Every month: what ran, what it cost, and how many leads it brought in. The numbers that connect to booked jobs, not vanity likes.
From scroll to booked job.
No mystery, no runaround. Meta is a creative game, so here is exactly how it plays out.
You inquire
Fill out the form or book a quick call. Tell me about your business and the work you want more of.
We plan the creative
I figure out the hook, the offer, and exactly who should see it, then design the ads.
You approve the ads
Send me a few photos of your work and approve the direction. I handle the rest.
Your ads go live
Ads built, lead tracking verified, launched to homeowners in your service area.
We find the winner
We test, cut what flops, and put the budget behind the ad that actually books jobs.

Common questions.
How fast will I see results?
Leads can start within days, but Meta takes about 2 to 4 weeks to find the ad that really works. The first few weeks are about testing creative and cutting what flops, so judge it on the winning ad, not day one.
Do I need to provide photos or video?
Real photos of your work help a lot, so the more you can send the better. I design the static ads and write the copy. Video production is not included unless we scope it separately.
Isn't this just boosting posts?
No. Boosting pays to show a post to more people with no real strategy. We build actual campaigns with targeting, scroll-stopping creative, and lead tracking, all aimed at booked jobs, not likes.
How much should I budget?
Your ad budget is separate from my fee and paid directly to Meta. I usually recommend starting around $300 a month and scaling once the data shows what works. I'll help you set a realistic budget for your market before anything goes live.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is month to month. No lock in, cancel anytime with 14 days notice, and you keep the account either way.
Stop the scroll in your market.
Tell me your business name and website. Within one business day you'll get a plain breakdown of where you're losing leads and whether Facebook and Instagram ads are worth it for you.
