MARKETING FOR HARDSCAPERS

Hardscaping marketing, built to fill your season with the big patio jobs.

A patio or outdoor kitchen is months of planning and three quotes. The homeowner hires the contractor whose work they can see and trust. We make that contractor you.

Local trades only, across Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware County
Every call and form tracked to the ad behind it
Plain numbers, never a dashboard you cannot read
Month to month, and you own every account

We only do trades

Home service businesses are all we work with, so we know how a hardscape job is actually won.

We chase the right jobs

Your budget leans toward the full patios, walls and outdoor kitchens, and lets the small repairs fill the pipeline.

We report booked jobs

You see consult requests and booked work, in plain English. No numbers you cannot take to the bank.

WHERE THE BIG JOBS SLIP AWAY

Three ways the patio jobs walk.

01

Invisible while they plan

Homeowners spend weeks gathering ideas on Google and Instagram before they call anyone. If your work is not in front of them then, you never make the short list of who gets a quote.

02

No portfolio, no trust

A patio or wall is a real check, so homeowners study who they hire. If your photos and reviews do not look the part, the big jobs go to a hardscaper whose work sells itself.

03

Slow to reply loses the job

With three quotes out, the one who answers first and looks professional usually wins. A form that goes nowhere, or a day-late reply, hands the job to whoever was quicker.

WHAT YOUR BUYERS ARE TYPING RIGHT NOW

While they plan the project, they type this.

Tap any one to see who Google shows first. If it is not you, you are not on their quote list.

RUN IT ON YOUR OWN JOBS

What could a lean budget bring back?

Put in what a hardscape job is worth to you. A patio or outdoor kitchen runs high, so even a handful of jobs a season moves real money. We show the most you could pay for a lead and still profit, your margin line, then an honest estimate of what a budget could return. Your numbers, not ours.

Your job value times your close rate. That is your margin line. On hardscape a single patio is worth thousands, so even a pricey lead pays for itself many times over. We keep your real cost per lead well under it, and watch it so it stays there.

IF YOU'VE BEEN BURNED BEFORE

Different from the last agency, on purpose.

Most owners we meet paid a retainer, got a slick report, and never saw an extra booked job. Here's the plain difference.

WHO STANDS BEHIND THE WORK
The trades are what keep the county from falling apart, and it's the hard manual labor no one else wants to do. It's time a company supported them instead of ripping them off.

More about how we work
BEFORE YOU ASK

Common questions from hardscape owners.

How fast will the consult requests come in?

Hardscape is a slower sale than a service call, so be patient with the big jobs. A lean paid budget and Instagram can bring consult requests in the first few weeks, while your free ranking and portfolio build over a couple of months. We set it up so the fast side carries you while the free side grows underneath.

Most of our work is referrals. Why market?

Referrals are your best lead, and they still check you out online before they call. A site that shows your work closes them faster. And marketing fills the gaps between referrals and the slow stretches, so your crews are not sitting idle.

What should we budget to start?

Lean. Ad money is separate from our fee and goes straight to the platform. Most hardscapers start with a strong portfolio site and a few hundred a month on one channel, prove it pays, then scale the winner.

Do you only work with hardscapers near Bucks County?

Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware County are the core of what we do, and the free ranking work is strongest close to home. Just outside that? Reach out and we will be straight about the fit.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. Everything is month to month, cancel anytime with 14 days notice, and you keep every account either way.

Please add your first name, last name, and a valid email.

No spam, no list. Your note comes straight to me.
