WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH

The trades keep this county running. It's time someone had their back.

Harvest is a one person agency for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, and hardscapers across Eastern PA. When you call, you get the person doing the work. No account managers, no ticket queues, no dashboard that needs a translator.

WHY HARVEST EXISTS

Built for the trades, on purpose.

Most contractors I meet have been burned by an agency before. They paid a retainer, got a slick dashboard they could not read, and never saw a single extra booked job. The agency was busy. The phone was not ringing.

Harvest works only with the trades. Not as one of many industries I dabble in, but as the only one I focus on. That focus is the difference between marketing that sort of works and marketing that fills your calendar. I know your seasonality, your margins, and what a booked job is worth before I spend a dollar of your money.

You cannot automate a man on a ladder.

Your work is real and physical. Your marketing should respect that, and so should the person doing it.

You are busy running a crew and answering calls at 7pm, so I keep it quick, work around your schedule, and never make you chase me for an answer. Every month you get plain reporting: what I did, what it produced, and what changes next.

The name is not decoration either. Seven values, one per letter, and every report and recommendation gets held against them.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Seven values. One per letter.

Hover any letter to see what it means when we work together.

Honest

No inflated claims, no hiding bad news, no overpromising. If a channel is not working, you hear it from me first.

Your website is losing you leads. Here is exactly why.

Accountable

I own the mistakes and report the results, good or bad. The number on the report is the real number.

CTR dropped 12%. Here is what I changed.

Results Driven

Everything ties back to booked jobs and the phone ringing, not clicks and impressions that do not pay you.

I do not optimize for traffic. I optimize for the call.

Versatile

A roofer in spring and an HVAC company in July are different problems. You get the plan your business actually needs.

Month to month. You stay because the work is good.

Efficient

Simple language, clear next steps, no wasted motion. I keep it quick because you have a crew to run.

Your bounce rate, the share who leave without acting, is 78%.

Strategic

Think first, execute second. I will not spend a dollar of your budget before I know what a booked job is worth to you.

I start with Google Ads because you need calls now, not in six months.

Transparent

You own every account and you always know what I am doing and why. Nothing happens to your business behind a curtain.

Clear pricing. You will always know what you are paying for.

VALUES ARE EASY TO PRINT

Here's how they actually show up.

No agency speak. In plain terms, this is what you can count on.

You talk to who does the work

No handoffs, no junior account manager learning on your dime. The person building your campaigns is the person who picks up when you call.

You own every account

Your Google Ads, Analytics, Business Profile, and website all stay in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep everything we built.

Month to month

No long term lock in. You stay because it is working, not because you are stuck. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice.

Reporting you can read

Real numbers, plain language: what I did, what it produced, what changes next. I keep it quick and work around your schedule.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

No runaround.

The honest version of the questions I get asked most, not the version built to sound bigger than I am.

Do you only work with the trades?
The trades are the specialty. It's where I've built my systems and where I get results fastest, so it's where I focus. I'll take on other local service businesses that live and die by the phone ringing, but if the trades are your world, you're exactly who Harvest is built for.
Do you only work with businesses in Bucks County?
Bucks County is home base and I know these markets well. I also work across Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties. For website work, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads the zip code doesn't limit what I can do, but the local knowledge is a real advantage close to home.
What size business is a good fit for Harvest?
Owner run businesses doing roughly $200K to $2M a year, past the survival stage and ready to invest in steady lead generation. You don't need to be big. You need to be serious about growing. If you're earlier than that, I'll tell you honestly where marketing can help and where your money is better spent waiting.
I've been burned by an agency before. Why should I trust you?
You probably shouldn't trust me yet, and that's a healthy instinct. Most of my clients came to me after an agency overpromised and then disappeared. So here's the ask instead: give me 30 minutes, no pitch deck. I'll give you a plain breakdown of what you have, tell you what I would actually do, and hand you enough specifics to judge whether I know what I'm talking about. If it doesn't feel right, walk away. No hard feelings.
Do I need a big budget to get started?
No. Some of my best clients started lean and scaled the budget as results came in. The bigger question is whether you'll stay consistent, because marketing takes a few months to compound. I'll help you find the right first move for your market, whether that's a better website or one well run Google Ads campaign.
