Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what information Harvest Digital Marketing ("we," "us," or "Harvest") collects when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and direct, the same way we run everything else. The short version: we collect only what we need to help you, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Harvest Digital Marketing is a digital marketing agency based in Newtown, Pennsylvania. You can reach us at aidanm@harvestdigitalmarketing.com or (215) 846-6160. For anything in this policy, that is the contact.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide, which may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business name and website
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message or on a call
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically when you visit, through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your device and browser type, your approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and how you move through it. This data is used to understand traffic and improve the site, and it is generally not tied to your name.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare the breakdown or information you requested
- Schedule and hold calls or appointments you book
- Deliver, manage, and improve the services you hire us for
- Send you replies, updates, and reports related to your inquiry or engagement
- Understand how our website is used so we can make it better
- Protect our site and forms from spam and abuse
- Meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not use your personal information for purposes you would not reasonably expect, and we do not sell it.
The tools we use
We use a small set of trusted third-party services to run our website and business. These providers process some of your information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and reCAPTCHA) for website analytics, advertising measurement, and spam protection on our forms.
- Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our advertising.
- Zoho (Zoho CRM, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Books) to manage inquiries, schedule calls, process form submissions, and handle invoicing.
Our forms are protected by reCAPTCHA, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that use.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to understand the performance of our advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Turning off some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share information only in these limited cases:
- With the service providers listed above, so they can perform their function for us
- When you are a client, with platforms required to deliver your services (for example, your own Google Ads or Meta accounts, which you own)
- If required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy would continue to apply
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as required to meet legal and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Unsubscribe from any email by replying or using the unsubscribe link
- Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings
To make any of these requests, email us at aidanm@harvestdigitalmarketing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and we work with established providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information carefully and limit access to it.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here, so it is worth checking back if you want to stay current.
